About Us
At Graceway Church, "WE EXIST TO GLORIFY GOD."
Since 1989, we’ve been supporting our members and community in a variety of ways, measuring our success not by monetary size, but by more qualitative measurements such as the scale and effectiveness of our efforts. Just imagine what we can achieve together! We look forward to meeting and serving GOD with you!
Our Beliefs
We believe there is only one triune God - God the Father, God the Son and his Holy Spirit are three yet one representing the divine trinity.
We believe that Jesus was born sinless of a virgin birth. That as he lived on this earth, though He was tempted, He was sinless and perfect. (John1)
We believe that Jesus was sent to save us from the penalty of death and by His blood and death on the cross we were reconciled back to God. According to the scriptures, He was crucified, buried and rose again on the third day.
We believe that Jesus gave the church the great command and great commission in Matthew 28:18-20.
We believe that the bible is not just a historical good book, but the inspired Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16,17). We trust its authenticity and accuracy in all subjects. We read it and cherish it with our faith resting in God's written provision through his Holy Spirit (2 Peter 1:20,21).
We believe in the power or prayer. We do not confess to a priest or prayer to a man. Jesus, as our High Priest, has given us direct access to the Father's throne of grace for our needs (Hebrews 4:14-16).
We believe in biblical mandated marriage between male and female and that this is the only one ordained, approved and accepted by God. Graceway Church is called to love everyone as Jesus does, however we do not ordain or endorse same-sex unions (Genesis 2)
(Mark 10:7-10)
We believe in diversity. We believe that no race is superior or inferior to another. We are all made in God's image for His glory. Our prayer and goal are to pursue a spirit of unity and become a model of Jesus prayer in John 17.
We believe in being connected and apart of God's corporate body. Scripture teaches a culture of community and togetherness for strength, encouragement, and accountability.
