How Great is our GOD!!

You only get one train ride through life.Do good while you can, to those you can. Don’t hold grudges, apologize even if you believe you’re in the right. Don’t risk your empty seat at detrainment going unnoticed—Tresa Davis

Seasons Bring Change

Whatever season  you are in, it will soon pass. Enjoy it or endure it! Walk into it with power being confident the Lord is with you as you seek Him! You are the”apple of His eye”, something special and accepted by Him.

Walk into it with faith, even though you don’t see what you need. It is there!

“Blessed are those who trust in the Lord and make the Lord their hope and confidence. They are like trees planted along a riverbank, with roots that reach deep into the water. Such trees are not bothered by the heat or worried by long months of drought. Their leaves stay green, and they never stop producing fruit. Jeremiah 17:7-8, NLT

“USE WHAT YOU HAVE TO GET WHAT YOU WANT”

“To those who use well what they are given, even more will be given, and
they will have an abundance. Matthew 25:29 NLT
What gifts do you have? Are you using them? Some people have natural abilities and gifts, whether it is running, singing, speaking, leading, creating or organizing. These abilities come to them effortlessly. God has given all of us gifts however, the more we use them, the better we become at them. Each success builds our confidence which spreads to other areas of our lives. The key is using them which creates more opportunities in other areas of our lives.
The business world calls this “leverage”. Using what you have to get more. Webster’s definition says “The use of credit to enhance one’s speculative capacity.” For example if you have ever bought a home, suddenly you get an influx of advertisements related to the home from insurance to remodeling. This happens because you have qualified for a home. The reasoning is: if you can qualify for a home, you can qualify for other services. One opportunity leads to another. The same is true with our gifts. One gift builds on another. “A man’s gift will make room for him or bring before kings”.
Are your gifts making room for you? Do you know what they are? Take inventory of your life. Write down your gifts. Ask God to show you what to do with your gifts. As you use them, He will give you more. Further reading Matthew 29:14 – 30.
